2026 Walter C. Comstock Memorial Scholarship

The Walter C. Comstock Memorial Scholarship honors the memory of Walter C. Comstock, a biology teacher in the Forest Hills School District and a member of the Anderson Hills Church. The scholarship is an award of $8,000 to be granted to a student graduating from a Forest Hills High School (or other area high school if the recipient is a member of Anderson Hills Church who plans to major in a basic science discipline (biology, chemistry, physics or any science based on these three sciences: microbiology, biochemistry, biophysics, chemical physics). The recipient must have an overall unweighted Grade Point Average of 3.5 (based on a 4 point scale) and a science unweighted Grade Point Average of 3.7. The recipient must have completed four units of science by graduation. Please submit your typed answers to the questions. Take as much space as necessary to answer the questions. Include the date and your typed signature. You can attach an OFFICIAL transcript of your grades to the online application, or mail it to Walter C. Comstock Memorial Scholarship, c/o AHC, 7663 Five Mile Road, 45230. The in-office deadline is April 6, 2026.
